Rascal Flatts

I was sitting home by myself on Wednesday afternoon when I saw a commercial for the Rascal Flatts concert which was the next day. I thought to myself...man that would be an awesome concert to go to! A few minutes later my sister in law, Lianna, called me and said she had an extra ticket and asked if I wanted to go! It was such a great show and those guys crack me up! It was one of the best concerts I have been to and I feel so spoiled that I got to go. Thanks Lianna... you are the greatest!

Jessica Simpson was the opening act. She did a pretty good job, but I couldn't understand what she was saying half the time.

6's Tag

Well, my sister-in-law Natalie tagged me to post the 6th picture in the 6th folder of pictures on our computer (or something to that effect). Unfortunately I came up with this picture. This is at my Mom's birthday dinner at Maddox. My mom asked me to light the birthday candles on her birthday pie. Little does she know that I have an EXTREME fear of matches, and it took all of my courage to get the candles lit. Josh, of course, was snapping pictures and he captured this look of terror on my face. I hesitated to post this for fear of excessive embarrassment, but I thought it would be appropriate to document my fear for future generations.

P.S. If you look closely, you will see smoke coming from my hand and that is because I was in the process of throwing the match (which was still lit) onto the floor because the flame was getting too close to my hand. Gol...I am such a wuss

I tag Brooklyn, Heather, Jessica, Addie, April and anyone else who would like to show embarrassing pictures!

Logan

I have been whining and complaining about living in Logan for the past few months. I am sure it is because I can almost taste graduation and with Josh starting to find out what law schools he has gotten into, I am extremely stir crazy! All of my complaining aside, we are really lucky to live in a such a great place. It is BEAUTIFUL here and I always feel safe. I am going to try really hard to have a good attitude these last few months we have here. Josh took this picture right outside our front door. What a view!

Hardware Ranch

Horrible picture, but on the way home there was this mini-goat that would not get out of the road. We were laughing pretty hard because it was a midget goat and is definitely not something you would see everyday!

Josh enjoying his "elk experience"

Aubree Lyn- pretty much one of the cutest things that exists in this world

Josh and I on the horse drawn sleigh

Me, Aubree, Karter and my mom in the visitors center

My parents, my brother Ryan and his wife Mandi and their two awesome kids came up today to go with us to the Hardware Ranch. My nephew Karter is absolutely in love with anything/all things cowboy, so he loved every second of it! It was so neat to be that close to the elk without having them run away. We were in this sled-type thing pulled by some huge horses, and the elk just sat there and ate and stared at us. After the elk we went to good ol' Sizzler and got some tasty food! Thanks for coming up to hang out with us guys!

Harlem Globe Trotters

Josh enjoying his tasty ice cream treat

There were HILARIOUS blow up men that kept us all entertained

Enjoying the game!

I begged one of the ball boys to throw me a wrist band... and he did! Don't worry, it was dry and hardly used!

Last Monday we got to go to the Harlem Globetrotters. We went along with our friends Brandon and Syd, and it was also Josh's brother Tyson's 15th birthday, so the whole Ostler family also came. We had so much fun! We got really good seats right by the tunnel, so we were able to give high fives to all of the players and also got really close to some of the Jazz players who came to watch. We were laughing hysterically at the little blow up things that came out during half time and time outs!
